My WishThe hours I spent  Lying awake at night, thinking  Of a life without you  I cried  
 
What would I have done?  If you would have left me here  Alone  Did you really expect I could go on?   
It was Christmas,  
And I made a wish  
That you I would hear your voice  And touch your skin again   
11:23AM  After two nights of nothing but crying  
My wish came true  I knew you were still mine   
So where do we go from here?  My eyes have been opened  
I now realize what I have to do,  
And what I was put on this earth to achieve  & My Wish

I'm Waiting....I'm waiting...  My eyes fixed on the screen  My my hand tightens around my phone  I need to know   
I need to know you're still alive  
I need to know,  
That my Christmas wish came true  A tear rolls off my face,  and lands on the crumpled wrapping paper on the floor   
I'm waiting,  
For your name to appear on the screen  I'm waiting,  
For my phone to vibrate  
 
I need to know  That you're okay  I need to know,  
You didn't give up on me   
The only thing I wanted for Christmas  Was to know that you're still on this earth  So I'm Waiting....

Nobody ever said life was fair"Nobody ever said that life was fair."  Thoes words, will be burned into my memory forever  For these are the words, that tore my heart apart  It was the beginning of the end   
She said them one night  One cold December night  Two days before christmas  And I'm thrust deep into a world of hurt   
"She wont"  I tell myself  "She can't"  
I promise myself  "This isn't happening"  But it is...   
I tried giving her my world  I tried giving her all the love I had  In hopes, that I could make everything better  I can't help but feeling I failed &nb Nobody ever said life was fair

God, life is so messed up sometimes,
Over the past year a lot has happened and I feel the need to express my feelings in the form of writing. So over the next few months I'll be submitting more literature then art, you will begin to see a difference in the mood and tone of my work.
Depression, runs in my family, and I know that I have it,
The only way that I can describe my feelings is through writing,
"nobody ever said that life was fair"
I believe it.
